📦 Return & Exchange Policy
We offer Exchange or Refund only in case of defective or wrong product received.
We do not provide refunds for any other reason.
✅ Eligible for Exchange or Refund:
• Wrong item received
• Product received in damaged or defective condition
• A clear and complete unboxing video is mandatory (must show the package being opened for the first time without any cuts)
🔁 Refund Policy:
• Refunds are issued only as Store Credit
• Store Credit can be used for future purchases
• No refund will be processed via UPI, bank transfer, card, or any direct payment method
❌ Not Eligible:
• No unboxing video provided
• Product used, worn, or not in original condition
• Size issues or personal preference issues
• Request made after 3 days of delivery
